Our 2010 Chardonnay is full of flavor and body. Our Chardonnay begins with a nose of subtle herbal aromas, and is then followed by hints of melon and star fruit. The flavors suggest a touch of grilled melon wrapped in Prosciutto, with apple and cucumber essence. Barrel-aged for 8 months, it finishes with notes of oak and butterscotch.

A unique blend of our own Pinot Gris (75%) & Chard (25%) grapes, the Don Lorenzo exemplifies the fruits of our family’s labor & is named in honor of our vineyard manager, Lorenzo. Picked with care & blended with love, the Don exudes a soft nose of cream & fruit. It also has the delightfully sweet taste of sparkling pear & green apples, at only 1.5% residual sugar. |
Our '11 Pinot Gris, based loosely on the Italian-style Pinot Grigio, delights the senses with its light- bodied, distinctively spritzy flavor! With a hint of spice in the nose, its creamy texture resembles the tropical cherimoya fruit or "custard apple," (think: pineapple, banana, papaya, or peach) which then develops into a sweety, fruity finish, balanced by its slight acidity. With 0% residual sugar, it's a great wine to enjoy by itself for its complex dimension or paired alongside a spice-laden dish! |
