2008 Chardonnay
is a light, crisp, and
creamy white wine
with delicate tropical
flavors of pineapple
and banana. It was fermented in neutral
oak barrels and
aged for 8 months
before bottling.

of pears, apricot, and grapefruit. This Viognier

was whole cluster pressed, emphasizing the intense berry flavors that this
varietal has to
offer. Raspberry and strawberry aromas and flavors, with a tart finish, remind people of

This vintage was barrel
aged for 10 months,
giving it an excellent crispness and
medium body.
