Make beautiful, handcrafted oyster shell ornaments for your holiday decor!

The Joyful Penguin will be at Casanel on Sunday, Nov 29th from 2-4 PM.

During this two-hour workshop, you’ll create two unique oyster shell ornaments using the decoupage technique and your choice of designs. You’ll learn the process step-by-step, then finish each ornament with a beautiful glossy coating and hand-applied gold leaf trim—perfect for your Christmas tree or for giving as a one-of-a-kind holiday gift.

No experience is necessary! All materials and instruction are included, so just come ready to relax, get creative, and enjoy an afternoon of crafting at the winery.

Wine, non-alcoholic beverages, including sodas and mocktails, and a variety of charcuterie options are available for purchase. The tasting room opens at 12:00 PM — Come early, purchase food and wine, and get settled before the workshop.

Ages 18+. Teens under 18 are welcome when accompanied by a participating adult.

Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or applied toward a future workshop.
