Group Policies

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, especially larger groups, we've outlined a few policies below:

• Parties of 8 or more (including children) require a reservation and a per person deposit based on whether you are planning a seated group tasting (for 8-16 ppl) or bottles only (for 8-20 ppl). Your deposit will be applied as a credit during your visit.

• Groups are limited to a maximum of 20 persons for up to 2 hours to ensure we are able to accommodate all guests.

• An automatic gratuity of 18% will be added to the total amount of the bill before the deposit is applied.

• Casanel’s house policy is to ID everyone regardless of age; please bring a proper state-issued ID for your visit.

• We reserve the right to check all backpacks, coolers, and picnic baskets. Per ABC law, NO outside alcohol is allowed anywhere on our property.

• If your group will be enjoying any alcoholic beverages before you arrive, we ask that all guests ensure NO outside alcohol is brought onto our premises. This includes disposal of empty bottles or cans that previously contained alcohol.

• In the event that a member of the group becomes excessively intoxicated, please be aware that we may need to decline service to the entire group and request that they leave. Managing service for a single individual in such a situation can be challenging.

• We kindly ask that all guests help us maintain the cleanliness of our tasting rooms, restrooms, and grounds.

• We accept all major credit cards. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process payments via Apple Pay, Google Wallet, or other similar digital payment methods.

• If you need to cancel your group reservation, we would greatly appreciate advance notice. We often schedule additional staff to accommodate larger parties, and your timely communication is very helpful. A cancelation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged for groups that fail to show up without canceling.

Please complete a reservation form at least 48 hours prior to your desired date to give us enough time to plan your visit.
