The Dawson Room (Yellow Barn)
The Yellow Barn’s Dawson Room is a 6,000 square foot, climate-controlled space that is wheelchair accessible, has two multi-stall bathrooms, and parking for 80 cars. The back deck can hold up to 40 guests and the side deck can hold 20. The Dawson Room also has a warming kitchen for caterers, a large wood-burning fireplace, and mobile furniture to allow for rearranging the space as needed. This building hosts 100-120 people for standing events, and around 80 people for seated dinners.
The Stone Barn
Our Historic Stone Barn is perfect for smaller, more intimate events. The barn is a dual-level space separated by a spiral staircase. The building is built of beautiful restored stonework with a bar on each floor and casual, comfortable seating. This space is perfect for 20 guests.
